 What is Water Mitigation?

The following are sources of water events:

2. Sump pumps fail to work or become overwhelmed in the spring thaw or during a heavy rain event and your basement fills with water.

4. Toilets/bathtubs leak or back-up and overflow all over the bathroom floor and leak to the floor below.
5. Pipes burst due to extreme cold or age.
6. Roofs leak and drip all over ceilings (this may be caused by ice damming or the roof needing repair).
7. Sprinkler systems fail and water flows from one floor to the floors below.
8. Sewers back-up into your basement during heavy rainstorms or spring thaw. 
9. We extract the water from the affected area and ensure that affected building materials are removed and/or dried in place. We use the latest in drying technology to ensure the structure and building finishes are dried to industry standards.
